Matthew D. Kelly, Esq. was born in Newport, Rhode Island on December 10, 1974. He obtained a B.A. in 1996 from Marist College, NY and earned a J.D. at Villanova University School of Law, PA in 1999. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and the U.S. District Court for Rhode Island. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Newport County Bar Association, the Defense Counsel of Rhode Island and DRI.
