Cheryl C. White, R.N., Nurse Legal Assistant,

was born in Providence, Rhode Island on June 4, 1948 and graduated from the Roger Williams Hospital School of Nursing, Providence, RI in 1969.

Her nursing experience includes: Staff Nurse, Head Nurse, Supervisor, Staff Development – Roger Williams Medical Center, 1969-1986; Patient Care Coordinator – Rhode Island Rehabilitation Institute, 1989-1993 & 1996-1997; Family Practice Supervisor – Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, 1993-1996; Staff Nurse – Hospice of Nursing Placement, 1996-1998; Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Staff Education – Lifetime Medical Home Care, 1997-1998; Legal Nurse Assistant – Tate & Elias, 1998 to 1999. White, Carlin & Kelly, P.C., Legal Nurse Assistant, 1999 to present.

Susan B. Sampson, Paralegal,

was born in Montclair, New Jersey on January 5, 1963. She earned an Associate’s Degree in the Executive Assistant Program from Aquinas Junior College, Newton, MA in 1983 and a Paralegal Certificate from Providence College, RI in 2001.

Experience: She worked as a Legal Executive Assistant from 1987 through 2001 and a Paralegal from 2001 through the present. Her practice has been exclusively in the area of litigation.
