William F. White, Esq. was born in San Jose, California on February 1, 1957.  He obtained a B.S.C. from Santa Clara University, CA in 1979 and earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, MA in 1984, where he was admitted to Phi Delta Phi.

He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Wyoming, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Services and the U.S. District Courts for Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Wyoming.

From 1987 to 1990 he was the US Air Force JAG assigned as Legal Counsel to the USAF Surgeon General for Europe and as the Medical Law Consultant for USAFE in Wiesbaden, Germany, where he was In-Hospital Counsel and a Lecturer on Medical and Health Care Law.  From 1984-1987 he was a JAG at F.E. Warren AFB, WY and appointed Special Assistant, U.S. Attorney 1984-1987.  From 1979 to 1984 he was a Systems Programs Officer in the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. White is a member of the Massachusetts; Wyoming; Rhode Island {Chair, Medical-Legal Committee, 1993-1997; Chair, Joint Committee of RI Bar Assoc. & RI Medical Society   1993-1995}; Newport County & Federal Bar Associations; American Health Lawyers Assoc.; National Assoc. of Chiropractic Attorneys; Defense Research Institute; and Defense Counsel of R.I. Sports Lawyers Assoc. (Board of Directors 2005-present).  He retired in 2003 as a LtCol, US Air Force JAG, Reservist.
